  • Messages and questions you send to Kev

Kev does not intentionally collect:

  • Payment card details (handled by Stripe)

  • Sensitive personal information

  • Exact location data

  • How we use your information

  • We use your information to:

  • Provide access to Kev

  • Improve responses and performance

  • Manage subscriptions and access control

  • Respond to support requests

  • Monitor misuse or abuse of the service

  • We do not sell your data.

AI, conversations, and training

  • Conversations with Kev may be logged and reviewed to improve accuracy and reliability.

  • We do not use your chats to identify you personally.

  • Do not enter confidential, client-identifying, or sensitive information into Kev.

  • Kev’s answers are generated by AI and may not always be correct. You remain responsible for checking plans, standards, and site conditions.

  • Kev relies on trusted third-party providers to operate, including:

  • Hosting and analytics providers

  • Payment processing (Stripe)

  • These providers only receive the data required to perform their function and are expected to meet industry privacy standards.

  • Access to Kev is removed

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription through the link provided in your Stripe billing emails.

    The latest version will always be available on our website.
